I need urgent DDoS filter support. How do I get in contact with an Engineer?

The DDoS filter is suported by support tickets during office hours. You can sent you support requests to support@hostslim.eu. If you need urgent support you need to create a OC remote hand by your client panel. Please sent all you personal contact details like Name, direct telephone number and if possible your Jabber or Skype chat name.

Keep in mind that when you have unwanted downtime by false positives, you can always disable the DDoS filter till a engineer helped you.
