Any service you buy from hostslim.eu is fully managed. a few examples regarding support:
  • Network issues, Please check the Node and Network Status in the client area.
  • Server hardware.
  • SolusVM VPS, If you experience problems with any SolusVM functionality, please open a ticket.
  • payment problems
Anything that we do not install and configure for the client is the client’s responsibility and is not covered by our support.
