Yes. When you using a GRE tunnel to connect your external router to the DDoS cleaning street, it is not possible to use it also for outgoing traffic. The reason for this is that by defailt, all your subnets you will announce by the GRE will go via the cleaning street. If you like to use the Serverius premium network traffic by GRE, a 2nd GRE with BGP configuration is needed.
