Terrorist Content: Contact Point for Removal Orders

Terrorist Content Online: Contact Point

HostSlim OÜ (registry code [17023991], [registered address], Estonia) provides hosting services through hostslim.eu and hostslim.net. As a hosting service provider established in the European Union, we are subject to Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online (the “TCO Regulation”).

Contact point (Article 15 TCO Regulation)

Competent authorities of EU Member States and Europol can send removal orders and related communications to our designated contact point:

  • Email: tco@hostslim.net
  • Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Languages: English, Estonian

This address is reserved for removal orders and official communications under the TCO Regulation. For other abuse reports, please contact [abuse@hostslim.net]. For customer support, please contact support@hostslim.eu.

How we handle removal orders

  • We remove the terrorist content, or disable access to it in all Member States, as soon as possible and in any event within one hour of receiving a removal order.
  • We provide infrastructure services such as dedicated servers and VPS, and usually do not have direct access to content stored by our customers. We therefore comply by disabling access to the relevant service, server or IP address, or by requiring the customer to remove the content immediately, whichever ensures compliance within the deadline.
  • Without undue delay, we inform the issuing authority of the action taken and the time at which it was taken.
  • If we cannot comply because of force majeure, de facto impossibility, manifest errors or insufficient information in the order, we inform the issuing authority without undue delay and explain why.
  • We preserve removed content and related data for six months, or longer when a competent authority or court requires it, for administrative or judicial proceedings and complaint handling.
  • If we become aware of terrorist content involving an imminent threat to life, we promptly inform the competent authorities of the Member States concerned, or Europol.

Information to our customers

When we remove or disable access to content, we inform the affected customer and explain how to contest the decision. We do not do this when a competent authority has decided that the information must be withheld for reasons of public security. See our Complaint Procedure.

Transparency

For every calendar year in which we take action against terrorist content, we publish a transparency report on this page by 1 March of the following year.
