To Submit your VAT ID:

In the Checkout screen, you will see a field called "VAT Number" below "How did you find us?"

I already ordered:

Log into the Client Area, click "Hello, <name>!", and click "Edit Account Details". Below "How did you find us?", you will see the "VAT Number" field.
